Brenda Meller

BRENDA MELLER,         Online Marketing & Communications Consultant, Meller, LLC

BRENDA MELLER, MBA,  Marketing & Social Media Consultant, Meller Marketing LLC

A marketing and social media consultant with ten years of experience leveraging social media to build professional and personal brands.

After finding success building her own social media brand, Meller shares her social media techniques and strategies through workshops, webinars, presentations and online blogs. Well-versed in social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and more, she has coached individuals and presented to groups across metro Detroit. Her approach is to ensure every attendee gains new insights they can apply immediately to build a strong online brand. 

Earning a bachelor of science in business administration with a specialization in marketing communications from Central Michigan University, Meller recently completed a dual MBA and master of science in marketing from Walsh College.  Through her Consulting firm, Meller Marketing LLC, her services include: Marketing Consulting, Social Media Consulting, LinkedIn Coaching, LinkedIn Profile Writing, and Social Media Coaching.

Angela Turner                  First Female Chief, Detroit EMS (Retired)

ANGELA M. TURNER, Former Chief , Detroit EMS 

Turner was the first female Chief of Emergency Medical Services for the City of Detroit’s Fire Department.  Former Superintendent of the Detroit Fire Dept. Emergency Medical Services, retired Chief Turner has 36 years’ experience in the field of pre- Hospital emergency care. 

A native of Boston, MA she started her career as a first responder as an EMT rendering emergency care in city ambulances. She relocated to Detroit in 1989, where she continued furthering her education, became a paramedic and one of the city’s few hazardous materials expert. In 1999, Chief Turner became the 44th instructor / coordinator of emergency treatment in the state of Michigan. She quickly gained recognition within the Detroit Fire Department where she became the 1st female Chief of Emergency Medical Services. Chief Turner retired in 2015 after serving 25 years with the Department.  Since retirement, Turner launched Turner Properties, LLC a real estate investment firm that leases and improves properties around the tri-county area.

Young is a Senior Human Resources leader with significant, multi-industry experience including manufacturing, distribution, retail, and high-tech. Experienced in strategic management of all HR functional disciplines including organizational development, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity, change management, leadership & employee development, coaching, mentoring, and rewards & recognition.  Working with business leaders, Young’s leadership responsibilities include: Talent Development, Leadership & Executive Coaching, Organization Consulting and Systems Thinking.  Young also specializes in: employee relations, performance management, HR consultation and team-building.

Beth Cafaro

BETH CAFARO, JD, Vice President, Physician Practice Operations/President CHI Physician Services

Cafaro serves as the Vice President of Physician Practice Operations/President and CEO of CHI Physician Services for Catholic Health Initiatives in Englewood Colorado. In this role, Ms. Cafaro is the national administrative lead, which currently employs 3500 providers across 8 regional markets. 

Prior to her role at CHI, Cafaro served as Regional Vice President of Health Networks for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, part of Trinity Health in South East Michigan. There, she was responsible for the Ambulatory enterprise of SJMHS five Ministry Organizations focusing most of her attention on Practice acquisition, Private Practice alignment and the development of the System’s Clinically Integrated network and infrastructure support for Accountable Care and Population Management Initiatives.

Ms. Cafaro also served as Vice President of Medical Staff Affairs and Physician Practice Development and Management for the Henry Ford Health System located in Detroit, Michigan, including the Henry Ford Medical Group (HFMG) a multi-specialty group practice of 1300 physicians, and all affiliated HFHS System Hospitals.
